How to use:
Pre-Treatment Liquid:
Apply and scrub your upper and lower teeth using a swab LED Light:
Remove the film and insert the batteries to prepare the LED light Whitening Gel:
Dispense 0.5ml onto the inside front section of the upper arch of the tray Repeat for the lower arch of the tray Attach the LED light to the tray Insert the tray onto the upper and lower arches of your teeth Leave for 15-20 minutes Remove and wash the tray Do not eat or drink for 15 minutes Vita-White Toothpaste:
Brush your teeth twice a day For best results, use after each meal Tooth Gloss:
